In This Role, You Will:
- Manage end-to-end weekly payroll processing for a large hourly and salaried workforce
- Coordinate monthly reporting and requirements tied to union agreements
- Maintain employee data throughout the full lifecycle-new hires, updates, and exits
- Review and approve timekeeping entries, supplemental pay, and corrections
- Safeguard payroll system accuracy and ensure data integrity
- Serve as the main resource for payroll questions, troubleshooting issues and providing clear resolutions
- Support compliance-related tasks such as garnishments, workers' compensation actions, and required business filings
- Prepare recurring and on-demand payroll reports for leadership and external partners
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and contribute to ongoing process upgrades
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Guide the year-end close process and ensure all deadlines are met
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
- Payroll processing for 300+ employees nationwide
- Recent, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Union payroll processing expertise
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
